Have you been invited to use Brivo Mobile Pass, the digital keycard for access to your building?

If so, please read on. If not, contact your Property Manager for access options!

PLEASE NOTE: IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW IN ORDER TO AVOID ISSUES
  1. Once approved for access, you will receive an invitation to Mobile Pass from brivomobilepass@brivo.com 
  2. Download the Mobile Pass app via the link in the email from the Apple App store or Google Play store or click here for Apple App store and here for Google Play.
  3. Once the app is downloaded, head back to the email and select the 'Add My Pass' button.
  4. This will open the app and add your pass to your phone 
    • If the pass does not automatically appear you can find your credentials in the email to enter manually 
    • Error Note: Many users receive an error message: 'This pass has already been activated.' If you get this error - quit the Mobile Pass app on your phone and then open it again and it should work! 

how to use the mobile pass

  1. Please ensure your bluetooth is on at all times while using the application. Failure to do so will cause access issues as it uses bluetooth technology to open the doors. 
  2. Open Brivo Mobile Pass
  3. Tap the location you are trying to access
  4. Tap the door icon
  5. Select the door you would like to access 
  6. Hold the center unlock button until the screen turns green
IF THE SCREEN TURNS ORANGE UPON UNLOCKING THE DOOR, THERE HAS BEEN AN ERROR. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR BLUETOOTH IS ON AND YOU ARE IN PROXIMITY TO THE READER.

COMMON FAQ

I downloaded the app but I can't access the door...
The Brivo Mobile Pass uses geofencing through bluetooth technology to ensure secure access only when you are at the building. Users MUST have bluetooth enabled before trying to open the door. 

I deleted the app or got a new phone...
No problem, for security reasons your pass will automatically be deactivated. Please email us and we will send you a new invitation! 

​I did not receive my invitation or it has expired...
Mobile Pass invitations expire 72 hours after they are sent. If your mobile pass has expired, please email us. We will get it to you within 1 business day.
