We offer parking spaces on a monthly basis for individuals with an office in the building.
For DW members, a Private Office membership is required.

These spots are located on the street level behind the building.
Sign Up & Information Process
Signing up for a parking spot is simple. In order to expedite the process, please send an email to parkingpb@wlinv.com with the following information:
- Full Name and Email Address to be used for building communication and billing
- If multiple people are renting under the same account, please send this information for all individuals.
- If there is a different person who will be Financially Responsible, send their Full Name and Email Address
- If multiple people are renting under the same account, please specify who will be financially responsible for the account.
- Preferred Floor (Upper Level or Lower Level) & Associated Parking Spot Number
- If multiple people are renting under the same account, please specify who will park in each spot.
- Attach a Scan or Picture of your Insurance & Drivers License (for each person renting).
Once we receive your email, we will send you an eSign. Every person parking on site will have to sign an agreement.
Additional Information
- Your First Month Parking Fee will be prorated. Our Parking Agreements start on the first of the month and end on the last day of the month.
- WL Investments only accepts ACH/Direct Debit payments through our web portal. Credit cards will not be accepted.
